California Multifamily New Homes Program
Implemented by the Heschong Mahone Group, this program targets the multifamily new construction market. The program provides developer rebates, verification rebates, design team rebates, design assistance, brand differentiation, marketing benefits, sales staff training, program coordination, distribution of Energy SmartPaks and other services to builders and building officials.

Building Energy Code Training (BECT)
BECT provides training on Title 24, Part 6 (2005 Energy Efficiency Standards) for the single-family residential portion of the Standards. Building professionals are encouraged to go to www.BECT.ws for more information about the training schedule. Contact Zoo Lo at training@ConSol.ws or 209.473.5071 to register. The cities listed each week are the general areas where we will provide training. Interested parties can work with the Building Industry Institute to schedule a special session if necessary. These sessions will require a minimum of 10 participants for the Jurisdiction or Builder classroom training and 6 participants for a Builder field- focused training.

Flex Your Power is California's statewide energy efficiency marketing and outreach campaign. Initiated in 2001, Flex Your Power is a partnership of California's utilities, residents, businesses, institutions, government agencies and nonprofit organizations working to save energy. The campaign includes a comprehensive website, an electronic newsletter and blog, and educational materials. Flex Your Power has received national and international recognition, including an ENERGY STAR Award for excellence.

For a limited time, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison, and Southern California Gas Company are joining forces with the City of Bakersfield and County of Kern to deliver an energy efficiency program designed specially for local residents and businesses.
