Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and Southern California Edison (SCE) will canvass designated neighborhoods in Kern County and identify single-family and multifamily homes that qualify for the installation of a variety of free ENERGY STAR-qualified measures such as:

• interior hardwired lighting fixtures

• compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs)

Residents with single-family homes may also receive a free, energy analysis that can help them identify how they are using their energy and ways to save.
